We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our IT project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products and services. You will be involved in Agile project delivery, service design, and solution implementation within a cloud environment, primarily leveraging AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions using Design Thinking methodologies to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
• Apply Service Design principles to map customer journeys, service blueprints, and design end-to-end digital experiences.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in line with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
• Contribute to solutioning and migration strategies within AWS Cloud platforms.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and provide recommendations for business process improvements.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders at various levels.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in cloud projects (AWS preferred) including migration, integration, or service delivery.
• Skilled in applying Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies to improve user experience and business processes.
