The incumbent will serve as a strategic advisor and right hand to the Group CFO, playing a pivotal role in driving execution across key finance priorities. The role combines financial expertise, operational savvy, and leadership coordination to ensure seamless functioning of the CFO's agenda. This includes managing cross-functional initiatives, streamlining financial governance processes, and driving strategic projects that impact the broader organization.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted partner to the Group CFO, managing key priorities, strategic initiatives, and follow-through across global finance functions

• Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide financial transformation and performance improvement projects

• Act as the liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and execution

• Drive alignment across business units on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes

• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure timely action on financial insights and operational risks

• Provide thought leadership on finance best practices, policy updates, and emerging trends

• Oversee preparation of executive briefings, board materials, and high-impact presentations

Requirements:

• CPA/CFA required. Additional MBA preferred

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, strategy, or consulting, preferably within a multinational or matrixed environment

• Proven track record of working directly with top leaderships

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
