Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and mentor a team to deliver strong sales and exceptional service.
• Customer-First Focus: Model and promote a customer-first culture through personalised styling and service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs, and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily store operations including stock management, rostering, cash handling, and WH&S protocols.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards in line with brand guidelines across windows, tables, and front-of-store.
• Recruitment & Training: Hire, train and upskill new team members while fostering an inclusive, respectful and high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in retail management or a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude.
• Ability to manage operations while prioritising the customer experience.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods.
