Job Scope

• To be overall responsible for the operation aspects including general maintenance, work area cleanliness and safety.

• Ensure licenses are always valid for all department and staff

• Manage team schedules to the needs of the business

• Serve as role model for company values and standards

• Build and maintain good working relationship with internal department

• Need to onsite to ensure operations are moving smoothly

• Training and briefing staffs on workplace safety and certain job scopes

• Project planning and execution for upcoming project

• Handling and managing all site issues

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management to review

Job Requirement

• Need to have above 5 years of experience working in a managerial position

• Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Have integrity and reliable to handle issues

• 6 days per week (shift work)
