Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to ERP users and superusers
• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ERP systems to support business needs
• Assist in ERP-related projects from planning to post-implementation support
• Support process improvements in refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis to aid business decision-making
• Manage post-project support, including MRP, cycle counts, and future system-related projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Business Information Systems, Computer Science) or business field (Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management), or equivalent qualification
• Strong technical skills in project management, system implementation, and data analysis
