Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a two-year strategic plan and annual operations plan.
• Drive and achieve KPIs (sales, customer spend, success rate, recurring revenue, Buddy Club).
• Lead performance management and present monthly outlet KPI reports.
• Provide strong leadership, bridging outlets and support functions.
• Coach and mentor managers to uplift team performance and culture.
• Analyze P&L to maximize profit and reduce costs.
• Participation in training, presentations, and meetings required.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration/Management.
• 10+ years' relevant experience with proven KPI results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
