Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
• Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff to meet performance standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies
• Coordinate scheduling, work allocation, and manpower planning
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Liaise with clients to address feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports and support management in improving operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleaning operations or facilities management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required
• Valid driving license (preferred)
