Job Descriptions

To manage and be responsible for the performance of 1-2 retail shops
To ensure that all staff perform their role and responsibilities efficiently and effectively in achieving sales target and good customer service
Train & develop retail staffs in areas of brand concept, product knowledge, selling techniques, and service level
One on one coaching and individual sales performance review
Directing and motivating team
To provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers' response on all launches and promotions
To provide constructive feedback on team performance in sales and service standards
Approaching customers to invite them into store and do haircare demonstrations

Requirements

✅At least 3 years of management experience, preferably managing of retail sales staff
✅Min. Degree holder in any field
✅Experience in fields of haircare sales / skin care / product promotions is an advantage
✅Possess good people and management skills
✅Meticulous and detailed personality
