Job Scope:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper data organisation.
• Prepare and issue invoices, service memos, and related documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate between drivers and customers to provide operational support and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling and assigning delivery jobs to drivers.
• Maintain and update job order records, track deliveries, and calculate driver incentives accurately.

Job Requirement:

• Prior experience in administration, operations coordination, or customer service is an advantage.
