Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver large-scale transformation projects, driving change from manual processes to automated solutions.

• Analyse data, perform root cause analysis, and develop clear business and functional requirements.

• Manage multiple clients and workstreams, ensuring effective change management and adoption.

• Prepare communications, training materials, and operational readiness deliverables to support transitions.

• Oversee SIT/UAT testing, ensuring quality outcomes and smooth implementation.

• Track and manage projects to required standards, ensuring timely delivery and sign-off of deliverables.

• Proactively communicate status, risks, and resolutions to sponsors and key stakeholders.

• Foster strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as SME to senior leaders and team members.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic requirements supported by business cases, cost-benefit analysis, measurable benefits, and KPIs.

• Implement best practices to drive global consistency, simplify processes, and enhance controls.

• Facilitate and deliver change initiatives that reduce risk exposure across the program lifecycle.

• Ensure adherence to established program processes, procedures, and standards.

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
