What you'll be doing

• Oversee the daily running of the clinic to ensure smooth workflows and optimal use of resources
• Introduce and implement improvements to enhance operational systems and team effectiveness
• Lead initiatives that strengthen service delivery and align with recognised best practices
• Mentor and support team members to build skills, performance, and professional growth
• Collaborate with head office functions to roll out organisation-wide programmes and policies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree level in operations
• 6 - 8 years of working experience in operations, quality, or corporate management, including 2 - 4 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to guide teams, manage change, and organise complex workflows
• Skilled at working within multifaceted environments and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking with a solution-oriented approach
• Experience in streamlining processes to achieve measurable gains in productivity and service standards
• Proven ability to mentor and grow team capabilities
