Responsibilities
  • Support international and domestic coffee import and distribution logistics.
  • Work with the pick & pack team to plan fulfilment and resolve issues.
  • Manage seller centre operations on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Redmart, Tiktok and others.
  • Handle customer service for online and in-store orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and customers.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and content.
  • Maintain operational systems for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Shopify, AI productivity tools).
  • Organised, accurate, and reliable with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on and adaptable in a fast-moving SME environment.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points)
  • Background in e-commerce, shipping, logistics, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada.
  • Prior work in F&B, logistics, or online retail.
