1. UAT & Defect Management
- Drive and support UAT/SIT execution across multiple service order functional streams.
- Track, triage, and escalate defects to relevant technical teams for timely resolution.
- Coordinate retests, manage test data requirements, and maintain accurate defect logs.
- Maintain testing artefacts such as test scenarios, evidence, defect summaries, and fulfilment health trackers.
2. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a liaison between client business users, application teams, and solution architects.
- Provide regular status updates on testing progress, blockers, and readiness to stakeholders and project leads.
- Prepare clear and concise communications (emails, trackers, summaries) to align teams and escalate issues where required.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of UAT/SIT processes, ideally within an Oracle or Telco environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and explain complex fulfilment issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in defect triaging, reporting, and maintaining testing documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with defect management tools such as Azure DevOps.
