Operations Manager
Job Description & Requirements
• Lead the Company's Operations staff in accordance with the Company's visions and values;
• Improve existing operational and safety systems, processes and policies to enhance the Company's business process and organizational planning;
• Play a significant role in developing the Company's long-term plans, specifically in terms of, but not limited to, operational and safety excellence;
• Ensure Company's Operational and Safety Processes is consistent or above industry standards;
• Harness opportunities to control assets, optimize costs and enhancing profitability;
• Regular meetings with Director on Operations planning;
• Enhance existing Quality Management System and ensure that the Quality Management System required are established, implemented and maintained in accordance to the Standard;
• Monitor and report on the Quality Management System's performance to top management for review;
• Ensure Company policies are adhered to while promoting positive workplace relationships and healthy teamwork at the workplace.
• Plan and draw up a production schedule
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed
• Review worker performance and identify training needs.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of quality and safety management systems.
• Ability to plan strategically and solve problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with production planning and workforce performance evaluation.
