What you do
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage store operations, including customer complaints and feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Who you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
