Perform and responsible for overall management of all the Temporary Staging Areas (TSA), Warehouse management, logistics including and not limiting to:
Job Requirement
Perform and responsible for overall management of all the Temporary Staging Areas (TSA), Warehouse management, logistics including and not limiting to:
- Planning, TSA Coordination and engineering support for Trackwork activities, and provide input to Construction/Project Manager.
- Responsible for all the TSA's to manage the site with a proper storage and lifting facilities.
- Responsible for the construction of TSA's including, construction of Gantry bay, Turnout Pre-assy area, Covered storage area, Workshop inclusive of pitted track, site office buildings etc. and complete according to the key dates.
- Responsible for the reinstatement of TSA's and handover the TSA's to the respective Contractor as per the key dates.
- Interface and Coordination with Client and Contractors for access, storage area and facilities hand-over.
- Accountable for all tack/construction material stored at TSAs including quantities, handling and proper storage etc.
- Manage all lifting operation at TSAs and lifting crews.
- Responsible to any ad-hod duties assigned by Construction/Project Manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor / Diploma in Engineering or any related field of study.
- Min 3 - 5 years' experience in related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in AutoCAD, Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook prefer.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
