We are looking for a proactive and results-driven General Manager to lead and manage commercial operations across multiple construction projects. This role requires a strong background in tender preparation, project budgeting, and cost control.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement business strategies, budgets, and operational plans to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Lead and manage department heads, ensuring alignment of departmental objectives with overall business direction.
• Monitor business performance, analyse key metrics, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee talent management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Promote a positive workplace culture, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and high standards of performance.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors or Managing Director on company performance and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of business acumen and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
