Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
• Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
• Oversee finance, sales, marketing, HR, and operations, ensuring all departments work towards common objectives.
• Manage budgets, monitor cash flow, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Report to the business owner or board on business performance and improvement plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (diploma holders with strong experience may be considered).
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on management style.
• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
• Good financial acumen and familiarity with budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
