Key accountabilities:

Keeping track on the items/products flow process from materials acquisition to final delivery (Work together with HQ/Customer Planner).

• Responsible for performing receiving, incoming inspection, put away and pick pack ship and maintain proper inventory accuracy.
• Assist to overseeing the warehouse to ensure that items/products are received, stored and shipped safely and efficiently.
• To liaise with logistics forwarder /provider on delivery and collection between customer and warehouse.
• Updating the system database to ensure all logistics data are correctly input.
• To ensure system and physical accuracy and manage proper store housekeeping.
• To generate reports for stock checking or related KPI and take ownership for the processes.
• To be responsible for ordering of logistics requirements, consumable items.
• To monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations.
• Communicate and follow up with internal departments on requests and unresolved issues.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates ready to launch your logistics career are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Well knowledge of distribution and warehousing methods.
• Good analytical skills to understand data and metrics.
• Problem solving skills to take quick and decisive action when needed.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with co-workers, customers, shipping carriers and suppliers.
• Able to demonstrate good written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, MS word and email.
• Ability to think outside the box to resolve problem.
• Able to perform effective problem-solving and continuous learning and improvement attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of self-confidence, drive and motivation
