Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
• Build strong customer relationships and handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally
• Analyze sales data and market trends to implement effective sales strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or accessories sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Results-driven with a passion for customer service
• Knowledge of bags, fashion trends, and the retail market is a plus
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
