Handle all import/export and shipping documentation, including L/C, Bill of Lading, and FTA agreements.
Provide customer support throughout the shipment process and advise on customs regulations in different countries.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with clients, agents, shipping lines, and forwarders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents and information.
Maintain good working relationships with agents and shipping companies.
Monitor and control container inventory, including maintenance and repair.
Collect and compare freight rates from different carriers.
Support company projects, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry.
Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
