We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading MNC in the Logistics & SCM sector, looking for a capable and hands-on Logistics Team Lead to oversee night shift warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient inventory control, smooth inbound/outbound flow, and team supervision.

Logistics Team Lead (Night Shift) - SCM
Location: East | Shift: 5 Days, 8:30PM - 6:15AM
Duration: 12-month Contract
Salary: Up to $3,200/month

✅ Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; report damages and store items accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking as needed.
• Maintain accurate records including invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders (DOs).
• Resolve shipping discrepancies; liaise with Customer Service and suppliers.
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve performance and safety goals.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (forklift license is an advantage).
• Conduct daily checks to ensure warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness.

✅ Requirements:

• Able to handle heavy lifting and warehouse tasks.
• Familiar with warehouse/inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Leadership skills with experience in team supervision.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to perform overtime when necessary.
