Job Description

• Business Process & Requirements Analysis : Evaluate existing business processes for improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to define solutions, document requirements, and develop functional specifications.
• Project & Vendor Management: Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, coordinate testing and implementation plans, and ensure effective resolution of issues with software/hardware vendors and HQ IT teams.
• System Support & Maintenance: Provide support for client/server hardware and software, ensure systems availability, and manage IT-related Capex planning for upgrades, purchases, or replacements.
• Training, Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain project/system documentation, support end-user training, and assist business units in adopting optimized business processes and systems.
• Risk Management & Continuity Planning: Identify IT risks and improvement areas, and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness across all systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• At least 5 years' experience preferably in similar industry
• Experience with AS400 will be a plus
• Ability to deal with business and IT management at all levels
• Knowledge of support processes and ITIL certification is a plus
