Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs
Evaluate and recommend software, platforms, and integration approaches based on business goals
Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
Develop solution documentation including workflows, data models, and interface specifications
Support testing, validation, and deployment of new solutions and enhancements
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights and align expectations
Ensure solutions comply with security, data governance, and regulatory standards
Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous improvements

Requirements:

Experience in solution analysis, systems design, or enterprise application delivery
Strong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and data flows
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
Ability to work across business and technical teams to drive consensus
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Certification in solution architecture, business analysis, or cloud technologies preferable
Experience with ERP, CRM, or low-code platforms (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, OutSystems) is plus
Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices advantageous
Sector-specific experience in healthcare, finance, logistics, or government
Familiarity with API management, microservices, and middleware solutions
