Role : Logistic Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Design and implement efficient logistics and workflow processes to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Track and analyze warehouse KPIs to drive operational improvements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational policies.
• Manage inventory control processes such as cycle counts, physical stock checks, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and handle contract negotiations when necessary.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and key performance metrics.
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized with strong time management abilities.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Training will be provided; prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Location: Bukit Merah Office
• 5 days work week
• 930 am - 6pm (Mon - Friday)
