- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Wealth Management products and services.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for system implementation, enhancements, or integrations-particularly within Avaloq and Finacle platforms.
- Evaluate current processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimal solutions.
- Liaise with technology teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of system changes.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive business documentation including BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), process flows, and training guides.
- Work closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure regulatory and operational requirements are met.
- Support project management teams with project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay up-to-date on Wealth Management industry trends, and the evolution of Avaloq and Finacle systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Wealth Management domain.
- Strong working knowledge of Avaloq and Finacle core banking systems.
- Familiarity with investment products, portfolio management, advisory processes, and client onboarding in a private banking or wealth management environment.
- Experience in writing clear business and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
