⇒ Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and support our sales efforts by delivering compelling technical solutions that align with customer needs. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, IT, and business teams to design and present scalable, high-impact solutions during the sales cycle.

⇒ Main Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives and are aligned with company offerings.
• Deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and technical workshops to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and create technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and costeffective.
• Assist in transitioning closed deals to the delivery phase, ensuring a smooth handover and alignment with customer expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
• Support account managers and sales executives in driving revenue growth through solution-led selling.

⇒ Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 5 years in a solution architecture or presales role, preferably in [industry domain - e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, SAP, low-code, trad code, devops gitlab, data, AIetc.
• Proven experience designing and presenting technical solutions in customer-facing environments.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.
• Experience working in or with managed service providers (MSPs), system integrators, or SaaS companies.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Broad knowledge across technology domains such as cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, security, application architecture, data analytics, etc..
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to prototype or demonstrate products and solutions hands-on (if needed).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic sales environment.
• Business acumen and the ability to align technology solutions to business goals.
