Qualifications:
- Gather and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Create clear and detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to guide development.
- Apply functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in:
Retail Customer Leads
Service Requests - Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to align business and technical needs.
- Ensure integration of specifications across multiple systems and interfaces.
- Manage and triage JIRA tickets, assigning tasks based on priority and complexity.
- Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity of objectives.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (focus on Retail Leads or Service Requests).
- Strong ability in business requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience writing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across technical and business domains.
- Understanding of systems integration and aligning specifications across platforms.
- Proficiency in JIRA triage and task management.
Nice to Have:
- Broader understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
