Store & E-commerce Manager(自行车配件 / Shopify / 运营)

SGD 3,500 / month(全职 Full-Time)

We are a Singapore-based e-commerce company specializing in premium bicycle components such as titanium bolts, disc brake pads, and other high-precision parts.
我们是一家新加坡电商公司,专注销售高端自行车配件,如钛螺丝,碟刹片及其他高精度零件,客户遍布欧美。

️ Responsibilities / 工作内容:

Daily Operations / 日常营运

• Manage order picking, packing, and inventory checking
• 协助每日,每周与每月任务,确保订单及时发货
• 清点库存,管理仓储货架

Shopify & Content / Shopify平台与商品管理

• Upload products to Shopify, write English & Chinese descriptions
• 使用 Shopify 上架产品,设置库存,撰写中英文商品描述
• Take and edit product photos (basic photography)
• 拍摄商品照片并做简单修图处理

Customer Support / 客户服务

• Reply to customer inquiries and handle aftersales
• 解答客户问题,处理售后服务与物流跟进

Product & Industry Knowledge / 产品知识

• Familiar with road / MTB parts (e.g. Shimano, SRAM, Magura)
• 熟悉公路/山地车零件,能识别不同配件规格与兼容性

✅ Requirements / 职位要求:

• Bachelor's Degree recognized by Singapore MOM
  持有新加坡MOM认可的本科学历
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, cycling, logistics or operations
  至少1-2年相关工作经验(电商,物流,自行车相关优先)
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing, reading, and writing
  能够熟练听说读写中英文
• Familiar with Windows operations & Google Sheets / Docs
  熟悉 Windows 电脑操作 与 Google 表格 / 文档
• Experience with Shopify is a must
  熟练使用 Shopify(必须)
• Strong attention to detail, self-driven, and good with coordination
  做事细致,主动负责,具备良好的团队沟通与协调能力
• Bonus: Photography, Canva, Photoshop, email marketing, or SEO tools
  加分项:会摄影,使用 Canva,Photoshop,或懂基础 SEO / 营销工具
