Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, and oversee daily courier and delivery personnel operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service for parcel deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Manage and supervise delivery personnel

Liaise closely with delivery clients to meet service level agreements

Monitor delivery KPIs (on-time rate, parcel volume, customer feedback) and prepare regular performance reports

Implement operational improvements and technology solutions to enhance workflow

Manage fleet maintenance schedules and driver compliance (licensing, safety standards)

Handle manpower planning, recruitment, and training of delivery staff

Resolve operational issues and escalate strategic concerns to senior management

Requirements:

This position operates in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where multitasking and quick decision-making are crucial. Due to tight deadlines and dynamic operational demands, strong time management and the ability to perform under stress are essential. Candidates must be adaptable, stay focused under pressure, and consistently meet performance expectations in a demanding work setting
