Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Location: Singapore (KKB)
Working Hours: 5-day work week
Salary: $2,800-$3,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day logistics and delivery operations for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient distribution, lead a team of drivers and logistics assistants, and maintain a high standard of service and accuracy across all delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including scheduling of deliveries, route planning, and vehicle deployment
• Lead, guide, and monitor a team of drivers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Track and ensure delivery KPIs, turnaround time, and service standards are consistently met
• Conduct daily vehicle and documentation checks (e.g., delivery orders, manifests, GPS tracking)
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve delivery or fulfilment issues
• Report and escalate any operational disruptions, accidents, or discrepancies to management promptly
• Assist in training new logistics staff and improving delivery workflows

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' / N Level or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus
• At least 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in logistics or delivery operations
• Strong knowledge of Singapore road network and familiarity with routing tools and GPS systems
• Class 3 driving license (to cover drivers if needed)
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead by example and manage performance under time-sensitive conditions
• Comfortable using basic Excel/Google Sheets and logistics tracking systems
