Role Description

We are looking for an Assistant Business Manager to assist in managing the business and operations in Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Manager and assist him in managing the automotive logistics business in the company.
• Meet KPI with direct relationship to P&L
• Analyze customer data and operation performance to derive actionable insights to drive operational decisions
• Maintain good customer relationship with new and existing customer to work towards meeting customer's requirement
• Review pricing policies to ensure competitiveness and recommend changes when necessary to ensure better revenue for the company
• Assist in planning, monitoring / managing budget, agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Assist to negotiate better rates with suppliers, identify cost savings opportunities
• Assist Senior Manager to work on request for quotations / tenders
• Assist in manage to improve the productivity and efficiency of the department
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma Holders with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive logistics
• Ability to lead a team to achieve business goals
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff at all levels
• Committed and target oriented

1. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.45pm; Alternate Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
