General Management- Design and deliver IT solutions together with IT teams that will meet business requirements and timeline.
- Review specification documents with users and coordinating user sign-off.
- Provide UAT and pre-production testing support to users or QA team and liaise with vendor/application management team to resolve issue.
1. Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and document business processes.
- Analyse existing systems, workflows, and data structures to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
2. Solution Design:
- Design innovative solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementations.
- Develop business process models, data models, and system architecture diagrams.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including underwriters, claims adjusters, actuaries, and IT professionals.

- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Manage expectations and negotiate priorities to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation support.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure business requirements are met.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate resolution of defects and issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
6. Training and Documentation:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
- Create user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles to support ongoing operations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
