• Oversee daily transport operations, including deliveries and collections for air freight, sea LCL, and container trucking.
• Assign and coordinate delivery and collection tasks to lorry drivers.
• Supervise container drivers for import and export activities, managing the flow of containers in and out of seaports and container yards.
