Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales and profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in retail operations, team development, and performance management within premium or luxury retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily retail operations across multiple outlets.
• Lead, motivate, and train retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and brand consistency.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and develop strategies to improve results.
• Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and store layout optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and customer service excellence standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams for product launches and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Proven track record in driving store performance and team success.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
