Requirements
- Handle Tank Container (TC)'s import, export and arrangements for all ISO Tank customers.
- Update TCS and an allocation for TC booking update for new booking.
- Arrange customs clearance of import empty ISO tank from PSA port to depot yard for storage, Stock control and monitoring with depot yard and update system.
- Give instruction to depot for cleaning and maintenance and get ready return import empty ISO tank to be used for export.
- Booking with Carriers of ISO tank & allocate/truck ISO tanks for export shipment for customers.
- Prepare PM4 (DG declaration) to shipping carrier for approval of DG status and monitor for DG approval.
- Prepare HBL draft, Certificate of Origin draft for customer checking and approval and issue origin Prepare MBL draft to be submitted to shipping carrier.
- Approved payment voucher for sub-contractors, carrier and overseas agent invoices billings to customers and timely and month closing.
- Back up co-ordination for ISO Tank Crossborder & Sea shipments.
- Any other duties allocated by Superior.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience will be advantageous
- Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer Service oriented
