What you'll be doing

• Plan and manage IT workplans, system upgrades, resource allocation, and vendor coordination for allied health departments
• Serve as credentialed trainer for EPIC modules and provide end-user support and training
• Assess, implement, and manage change requests, system builds, and process improvements
• Oversee data integration, system compliance, and security requirements across platforms
• Support cloud migration initiatives and champion workflow automation through IT solutions
• Administer departmental IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, printers) and manage procurement of IT systems and accessories
• Conduct regular data extractions, audits, and generate performance/statistical reports
• Maintain and update IT SOPs, ensuring alignment with external stakeholders and institutional directives
• Participate in strategic AI initiatives and interdepartmental harmonisation projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Health Informatics/ Information Systems/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or related studies
• 4 - 5 years of similar experience in healthcare IT systems (preferably EPIC) and project implementation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and allied health operations preferred
• Ability to handle data security, audits, and user support across multiple platforms
