Job Responsibilities:

1. Support daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and providing timely replenishment plans.
2. Coordinate daily operational activities between warehouse, factory, logistics providers, and internal departments.
3. Arrange supply and delivery schedules, including but not limited to road tankers, trucks, and barges.
4. Liaise closely with warehouse, factory, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations, expedite urgent shipments, and resolve operational issues promptly.
5. Plan and manage delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
6. Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers regarding order and delivery statuses.
7. Ensure all order are fulfilled and delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule.
8. Prepare inbound and outbound documentation, and follow up on the timely collection and return of documents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven ability to manage logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, and customer service processes.
3. Strong analytical skills to monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and control transport costs.
4. Capable of optimizing transport routes and selecting the best modes of delivery to minimize lead times.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
