Operations Supervisor | Tyre Servicing | Up to $3k | Clementi

Basic: max $3,000/mth (Company phone will be provided)

Working Hours
-Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
-Every Sat : 8.30am to 2.30pm

Office location: Pandan Road - Company transport from Clementi MRT (One-way)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of service technicians.

• Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing.

• Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop.

• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers.

• Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments.

• Perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, and tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment.

• Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts.

• Be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

• Possess experience supervising workers in an automotive workshop

• Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred
