Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, deploy and motivate a team of service technicians
• Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop
• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers
• Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments
• Perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, and tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment
• Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts
• Be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis

Requirements:

• Possess experience supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive workshop
• Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Every Sat : 8.30am to 2.30pm
