Job Description

Join a purpose‑driven nursing home and senior care centre as an Operations Manager, where you'll partner with the Executive Director to ensure seamless, high‑quality care delivery. You will oversee all operational facets-from facilities and equipment maintenance to catering and laundry services-while leading a diverse team that includes staff with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the operations team, fostering an inclusive environment and building individual competencies
• Plan and execute day‑to‑day operations: facility upkeep, equipment servicing, catering, laundry, logistics and ancillary services
• Develop, document and optimise workflows, SOPs and contingency plans to align with corporate policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with Corporate HQ (e.g. Operations & Facility Management) and external stakeholders (e.g. Woodlands Health Campus) on crisis and incident management strategies
• Prepare annual operational work plans and budgets; monitor expenditure and report on variances
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are met to guarantee equipment uptime and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare, aged care or hospital pre‑operations
• Proven track record in process‑improvement or technology‑integration projects
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment
