Responsibilities

• Define and design software architecture in collaboration with product teams.

• Analyze requirements and develop high-quality, testable C# code.

• Lead Agile development teams and ensure delivery of features.

• Conduct peer reviews and maintain coding standards using Clean Code and SOLID principles.

• Drive continuous improvements through design refactoring and performance optimization.

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in C# (OOP, OOAD, UML, and design patterns).

• Expertise in equipment control or PC-based/embedded controller applications.

• Proven experience leading Scrum teams and managing sprints.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methods, Git workflows, and CI/CD tools.
