Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9am-6pm

Job scope

• Liaising with local underwriting, operations, transformation and platform stakeholders to obtain requirements.
• Writing clear specification documents and obtaining sign-off.
• Configuring automated underwriting rulebook changes.
• Deploying rulebooks to the business unit and support local SIT and UAT as required.
• Supporting deployment to production.
• Ensuring proper governance is followed.
• Working to tight project timelines and meet key 2024 milestones.
• Working effectively in a matrix organization with regional and local team members and stakeholders.

Job requirement

• Strong technical analysis, design and rule-building skills ideally with a background in life & health underwriting and new business automation on one of the reinsurer platforms.
• A fast learner with ability to quickly start delivering value for the project.
• A good attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
• Passionate about quality at all stages of project lifecycle.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in written & verbal English.
