What you will do:

-Participate to daily operations, mise en place and service in the kitchen
-Collaborating with the team on the areas of production, preparation and presentation of food -in the highest quality and in accordance with the recipes
-Managing the enforcement of health and safety practices
-Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in and around all culinary areas
