As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining operational standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Service: Delivering exceptional service to our customers and addressing any concerns promptly.
Staff Management: Supervising and training staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Financial Management: Assisting in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
Marketing and Sales: Implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- A degree in any field (Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
