Temp – Perm  F&B Coordinator

• You will be coordinating and ensuring smooth running of F&B services for inpatients' meals and in-house events in the hospital.
• Push trolley to patients at the wards (may be automated now). Sometimes take orders from patients in the wards. Lias with the kitchen on special orders.
• Novena / Woodlands (can choose)
• 2 shift / weekend
  • Staggered any 8 hours of work from 5am to 7pm
  • Any 5 days of the week including weekend

Your job scope includes taking/compiling meal orders for private and special diet patients, taking note of patient's dietary requirements and ensuring that meals are dispatched to the wards timely and correctly.  You will also be required to attend and resolve patients' complaints, and tabulate patients' feedback for management review. Training will be provided.

• Interest in food & nutrition and the various diet requirements
• Diligent, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Competent in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
