We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join and lead our team from the front. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving the restaurant's profitability and success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, and kitchen operations
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and monitor financial performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance the restaurant's reputation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of restaurant financials
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus
