Job Description:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Take and serve orders promptly and accurately
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with their selections
- Use upselling techniques to enhance overall store sales
- Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to team performance
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and balancing the till
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the day
- Restock items and keep the store well-organized at all times

Job Requirements:
- Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
- Prior experience in F&B or retail is an advantage
- Able to commit to work overtime if required
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to perform shift work

Compensation:
- Working location: walking distance from Havelock MRT
- Working hours: 5 days per week; Shift between 10:30am - 10:30pm, breaks included as per schedule (44 hours/ week)
