Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring top-notch service at all times.
• Efficiently take orders, manage table assignments, and promptly address any customer queries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining meticulous records.
• Adhere to operational protocols to guarantee seamless functioning.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization standards throughout the establishment.
• Monitor retail inventory levels and propose strategies for service enhancement.
• Actively seek feedback from both customers and colleagues to continuously improve service quality.
• Execute additional tasks as delegated by the Manager or Supervisor.

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week, totaling 44 hours
• Overtime compensation provided
