Key Roles and Responsibilities

For Overseas market & Group function

• Establish level of risk that the company is willing to take, understanding strategic & broader business issue
• Monitor, analyze and assess current risks & mitigations, identify potential risk that are affecting the company
• Provide value-add & insights for risk issues, influence and initiate changes in the company
• Risk reporting tailored to the audience
• Build risk awareness amongst 3 lines of defense
• Conduct or liaise with market risk, L2 functions & L3 to perform assurance reviews
• Optimize performance and effectiveness through technology, data & other methods (eg: Kaizen, Digitization)

Collaboration with Other markets

• Collaborate and deliver as a team
• Cover duties of other Group Risk leads during leave of absence

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• More than 5 years experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), preferably in Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF).
• Provide specialist insights as a subject matter expert (Eg: ERM, Insurance Management, Credit risk, Commodity risk/VaR or GMar simulations, Business Continuity Management)
• Perform specialist tasks as required
• Experience in operationalizing Integrated Assurance Framework / 3 lines of defense governance models preferred.
• Prefer candidates with experience in companies that have implemented IAF
